As first time home buyers, Rachel made the stressful process of purchasing a home in LÀ very simple (well, as simple as it could possibly be.) She worked hard to understand our taste and what was important to us, and used their knowledge to lead us to houses we may have initially overlooked. She was incredibly involved— available to hit open houses with us every weekend and answer any questions we had, no matter the time of day. She helped us work through difficult decisions and level-set expectations when processing what risks we should take and what would be biting off more than we can chew. When pursuing our (now) home, she helped us win out in a sea of other oidders-who were mostly developers who wanted to knock down the home and rebuild anew on the land. Thanks to Rachel, we saved the house from demolition and closed in 9 days. Outside of being incredibly helpful, she is just genuinely lovely people. You spend a lot of time with your agent, and we were so lucky to genuinely enjoy seeing her at all open houses and inspections. We couldn't be more grateful.
